That is why we offer a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase, covering any damage that may occur to your piece.

What is not covered

  • Lost items

  • Improper use or storage of the product

  • Repairs or modifications made by third parties

For any valid warranty claim, ANDREA will cover all associated costs.

The benefits offered under this warranty are in addition to your legal rights under consumer protection laws.


After 24 months

Our commitment to you goes beyond the warranty period. We offer a lifetime repair service at a minimal cost, so you can enjoy your jewelry for many years to come.
If repair is not possible, we also provide a recycling service, reaffirming our dedication to sustainability.
