Refund policy
Full-priced items purchased from ANDREA’s physical or online stores may be returned for store credit in Lima, provided they are unused, in saleable condition, and returned within 14 days of the shipping date. ANDREA does not issue refunds for change of mind or incorrect purchases. Items purchased during our Limited Edition sale are final sale and cannot be returned due to change of mind. The cost of returning the item(s) to ANDREA is the responsibility of the customer, and the shipping risk lies with the customer until our customer service team confirms receipt.
ANDREA credits are issued once the return has been received and its condition assessed. Credits can be used in our physical stores or online at andreajewellery.com for a period of three years. To initiate a return, please register your request through our returns portal HERE. You may also return ANDREA products at any of our physical stores in Lima.
ANDREA will not accept returns if the products:

Are not returned in their original condition or packaging

Are returned after the specified timeframe

Are customized or made-to-order items
ANDREA reserves the right to return the item(s) to the sender if any of the above conditions apply.
Items purchased during the Limited Edition sale may not be returned unless they are faulty, in accordance with the Peruvian Consumer Law. Your item(s) must be shipped in their original packaging or in similar protective packaging, and securely wrapped to avoid damage during transit. The cost and responsibility of safely returning the item(s) to ANDREA is the customer’s, and will remain so until our customer service team confirms receipt.
Please note that if the item(s) arrive in a condition that does not meet our return requirements, the repair will not be accepted and the product will be sent back to you, with the return costs at your expense. Repairs within Peru have a fixed cost of $15.
For national and international customers, please contact us at info@andreajewellery.com for a quote. Return shipping costs will depend on your country of residence. The corresponding amount will appear on your repair invoice, and additional duties and taxes may be calculated and included at the time of payment.
