Online orders are processed Monday to Friday during PET (Peru Time Zone), excluding public holidays. Production times are specified at the time of purchase and begin on the first business day after purchase. All orders require a signature and valid identification upon delivery.

All orders are processed after payment confirmation. Customized pieces may require up to 7 business days.
