PAYMENTS

Payment of the Purchase Price can be made via the designated Payment Gateway Provider. By using the Shopping Services, you agree that you are familiar with and accept the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and any other legal documentation provided by the Payment Gateway Providers.

For security reasons, we do not store any payment information in our database. We are not responsible for any charges or penalties imposed by the payment provider resulting from the processing of your payment related to your order.

Credit Cards

Payments may be made with Visa and Mastercard. All transactions made using Visa or Mastercard are verified using a secure code. All credit/debit card transactions on the Website are processed through Shopify Payments. If your card issuer refuses to authorize payment to JOYERÍA RELOJERÍA ANDREA S.R.L TDA., your order will not be processed or accepted.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are issued in USD but can be redeemed in any currency. ANDREA gift cards are valid for use in any ANDREA store or online at andreajewellery.com. Gift cards cannot be replaced if lost or stolen and expire 36 months from the issue date. Any remaining balance can be used for future purchases before the card’s expiry. Any unused balance at expiration will no longer be available.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

At our discretion, we may choose not to accept your order for any reason and are not liable to you in such cases.

A delivery confirmation or pick-up notification constitutes our acceptance of your order. You acknowledge that the Shopping Services offered by JOYERÍA RELOJERÍA ANDREA S.R.L TDA. include delivery (“Delivery Services”) through third-party delivery companies (“Delivery Service Providers”) or pickup at selected retail locations. JOYERÍA RELOJERÍA ANDREA S.R.L TDA. may offer various delivery and insurance options provided by the Delivery Service Providers. If an item is lost or damaged during delivery, JOYERÍA RELOJERÍA ANDREA S.R.L TDA. requests that you: contact the Delivery Service Provider directly or email us at info@andreajewellery.com detailing how the item was damaged or lost in transit, so we can determine if an insurance claim is possible. You acknowledge that JOYERÍA RELOJERÍA ANDREA S.R.L TDA. is not responsible for the Delivery Services and will not be liable for any special, indirect, consequential losses, loss of profit or opportunity, or damage to goodwill arising from or in connection with the Delivery Services.

MADE-TO-ORDER & READY-TO-SHIP

Production timelines are specified at the time of purchase and begin on the first business day after purchase. Production times vary by product and estimated shipping times are only estimates. Delays may occur. In-stock items may be ordered before 10:00 a.m. PET for same-day shipping with the designated person. “Ready to Ship” status is displayed when the product is added to the cart. JOYERÍA RELOJERÍA ANDREA S.R.L TDA. cannot guarantee that all "Ready to Ship" products are in stock at the time of your order due to inventory discrepancies. If a product is unavailable, we may contact you via phone or email regarding any delays. Please note that items in your shopping bag are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until your checkout is completed and the order confirmation email is received.

PRICING

By using the Shopping Services to purchase Products through the Website, you agree to pay the listed purchase price on the Website (the “Purchase Price”). Prices and delivery charges displayed include the Goods and Services Tax (GST). We may, at our discretion, update the prices and delivery charges. International shipping costs depend on your location, and applicable duties and taxes will be calculated and included during checkout.

CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ORDERS

Made-to-order and personalized items are custom-created for the customer and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. Please carefully review your order to ensure all custom requests are correct before completing your purchase.
